Tyler must have been born to be a chef! He graduated from Petoskey High School in Petoskey, Michigan, having participated for all four years in its nationally recognized secondary school culinary arts and hospitality program. Thus, he rightfully claims that he has worked in every position in the culinary industry. He chose LCCS for its emphasis on farm-to-table, and its small class size. His current goal is to be a sous chef, but his dream is to have his own restaurant someday.
