From Mason, Michigan, Anna has her BS in Nonprofit Management, continuing as an administrative professional for 12 years. She and her husband Jeremy, a registered nurse, have a 2-year-old child, Leo, with whom they love exploring the outdoors. Gardening is high on her list of interests. She chose LCCS for its focus on local ingredients/farm-to-table, plus its small class size and one-year program. In developing a new career, she wants to learn the science of food on a deeper level but hopes to incorporate her writing skills.
